MUS Application Process

  1. Contact the Admissions Office at to schedule a Virtual Parent Tour.

  2. Submit an Online Application, including a $100 non-refundable application fee.

  3. Send the Upper School Recommendations to your child’s current school.

    1. Upper School Administrator Recommendation

    2. Upper School English Recommendation

    3. Upper School Math Recommendation

  4. Complete the Upper School Release of Records form and send to your child’s current school.

  5. Have your child complete and submit the Upper School Student Questionnaire.

  6. Submit a copy of your child’s birth certificate or passport.

  7. Schedule a student Zoom interview.

  8. Apply for Tuition Assistance, if applicable.

In order to facilitate a smooth admissions process, we require that all supplemental documentation (recommendations, school records, student questionnaire, birth certificates/passports) be emailed directly to  Please do not send documentation via fax or postal service.
